Floridian First Realty announced this week that Michelle Gonzalez, the Coral Gables-based realty group’s broker of record, has brokered a 10-year lease for a new Mister01 Extraordinary Pizza in Pinecrest. The new Mister01 will open this June at Pinecrest Shoppes, a retail center located at 11665 S Dixie Highway.
“MisterO1 chose to establish a presence in Pinecrest in response to the significant demand expressed by customers who sought its specialty pizzas in the area,” Michelle Gonzalez said in a press release. “Pinecrest’s family-oriented environment perfectly aligns with the brand’s target consumer base and core values. The neighborhood boasts a vibrant community with numerous families, excellent schools, and a consistent demand for a diverse range of restaurants across all price points.”
With 20 locations either open or under development in Florida (along with several locations in Texas and an international outpost in Riyadh), Mister01 is growing apace with owners and co-founders Chef Renato Viola and President Umberto Mascagni at the helm. The brand’s network includes both corporate and franchised locations, and the Pinecrest location, like all the brand’s Miami-Dade restaurants, will be a company store.
Mister01 Aventura’s menu serves up pizza varieties ranging from classics like Cheese, Bella Margherita, and Pepperoni, to specialty varieties like the Matteo (Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, Italian sausage, red onions) and the Vittoria (Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted chicken, Italian parmesan, basic).
What Now reached out to Umberto Mascagni on Wednesday regarding the details of the Pinecrest location’s menu and rollout. Mascagni was not immediately available for comment.
