With roughly 20 locations either open or under development in Florida (plus several more in Texas and another in Riyadh), Mister01 Extraordinary Pizza is continuing its South Florida expansion with a new company-owned restaurant planned for Doral. Michelle Gonzalez of Coral Gables-based realtor Floridian First Realty brokered a ten-year lease for the new pizza restaurant, which will open at 8455 NE 53rd St G101.
“Specializing in the retail restaurant sector, I am thrilled to represent MisterO1 to expand across South Florida and play a role in bringing an exceptional culinary experience to many people,” Gonzalez said in coverage by Mann Publications. “Downtown Doral, known for its vibrant atmosphere and a special blend of shopping and entertainment options, is the perfect location for this pizzeria that has become synonymous with Chef Renato’s signature 13-inch pizzas that are star-shaped with a pouch of ricotta cheese in each of the eight points.”
The brand is helmed by co-founders Chef Renato Viola and President Umberto Mascagni, and it has a growing number of company-owned stores in South Florida, primarily in the Miami-Dade area, including in Aventura, Bay Harbor Islands, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and more.
“MisterO1 uses the finest and freshest ingredients that are locally sourced and some that are imported from Italy,” says the Mann Publications coverage. “The artisanal pizza is a delicate thin crust style with very light dough, which is prepared and rests for a minimum of 72 hours before being served.”
Opening in Downtown Doral, Mister01 joins restaurants like Bulla Gastrobar, Pisco Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, and Pura Vida.
