Located at 7906 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines, Mojo Donuts is a celebrated donut concept that has been ranked the #4 donut shop in the U.S. The brand faced a few setbacks in previous years that resulted in closures of other Mojo Donuts locations, but after a lot of hard work and planning, the brand will launch a second location in Coral Springs next year.
“We’ve been working on this since last October, so it’s been a long process,” owner and founder Shawn Neifeld told What Now on Friday. “I’d been looking for another location for 5 years.”
News of the opening broke last week in an article by Coral Springs Talk, and while we may all be eager for more Mojo, we will have to be a bit patient: construction hasn’t started yet.
Mojo Donuts in Coral Springs will offer the same great donut flavors like Guavecito, Oreo Speedragon, Log Cabin Bacon, Strawberry Dream, Death By Chocolate, and more .
“We’ve narrowed it down to where we have a very staple selection, but we still do 30 to 40 flavors a day,” Neifeld said. “We rotate some, and we also have our mainstays. We’ve got cake donuts, and we’ve also added brioche donuts, with a 24-hour brioche dough.”
Meanwhile, the brand continues with a part of the Mojo Donuts project that Neifeld says has become a personal passion: the Donut 4 Change, a monthly initiative through which Mojo donates proceeds and builds awareness for a wide range of charitable organizations.
“When we first opened in 2013, we did a donut for breast cancer awareness. Then this organization called Yoga 4 Change asked if we wanted to partner with them. Eventually we asked them if we could use that idea for the name.”

Neifeld says the team is hoping that construction will start soon and be completed within only a few months. So we can hope to see a new Mojo Donuts opening in Coral Springs in early 2026.
