Founded in 2020 in Downtown Miami, Israeli restaurant Motek Cafe offers a menu of dishes from across the Caribbean. Since 2020, the brand has expanded to a second location in Aventura, accompanied by a sister concept, Yalla Motek, in the Aventura Mall’s Treats Food Hall.

In addition to the brand’s upcoming location in Miami Beach, at the corner of 27th and Collins, Motek Cafe is also working on a new location in Coral Gables, according to recent coverage originally published on CommercialObserver.com. The Coral Gables location will open at 45 Miracle Mile.

Motek’s menu features Small Plates & Mezzes like Eggplant Salad, Cauliflower Tabouleh, and Babaganoush. Plates, served with hummus, mixed greens, and pita, include Crispy Chicken Schnitzel, Falafel, and Lamb Shawarma. Sandwiches, served in pita, challah, or a gluten free wrap, include Spicy Schnitzel and a Steak Sandwich.

The Miami Beach location is expected to open in late April or early May, while no opening date has yet been announced for the Coral Gables location.
