Located on the southwest corner of Springtree Lakes Drive and North Pine Island Road in Sunrise, Old Florida Plaza Shopping Center will soon welcome a brand-new restaurant concept offering a fusion menu that joins American, Caribbean, and European cuisines. MOV Fusion Bar & Grill will launch at 4575-79 N Pine Island Road.

What Now confirmed news of the opening on Wednesday with co-owner Wilfred Ostanne. Ostanne says no opening date is shareable yet, but a special Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting event will be held with the Sunrise Chamber of Commerce.

MOV Fusion Bar & Grill’s website, which is still under some construction, shows several highlights from the upcoming restaurant’s menu. These include the MOV Hawaiian Ribeye (1/4-oz. steak marinaded in our chef made Hawaiian marinade with choice of mashed potato or vegetable), the Caribbean Conch Salad (Tender Bites of conch and fresh tomato, onions, peppers, cucumber, and scotch bonnet), and Fire Ice Spicy Shrimp (sauteed in garlic wine butter sauce and pico de gallo & half loaf of bread).

“Embark on a Culinary Journey: Explore the Fusion of American, Caribbean, and European Delights,” says the website. “Indulge in a Tapestry of Vibrant Flavors, Where Tradition Meets Innovation. Savor Every Bite, Every Sip, and Every Moment of Culinary Bliss on Our Gastronomic Adventure!”
