Nashville-based American restaurant chain BrickTop’s is at work on a new location in Delray Beach. As a proposal goes before the Delray Beach Site Plan Review and Appearance Board today, the company contemplates a 2025 launch for the proposed location, according to recent coverage by the South Florida Business Journal.

“We’ve been working on it for more than two years,” BrickTop’s president Tom Brunnberg told What Now on Tuesday. “And we’ve made a lot of progress in the last six months.”

Brunnberg says BrickTop’s menus vary by location—a little more seafood by the sea, a little more steak in inland areas—but “the core of the menu will be similar.”.

The location will feature 4,420 square feet of space on the ground floorof a two-story commercial building, along with a 580-square-foot mezzanine for additional seating, the Business Journal coverage says.
