In 2020, married couple and entrepreneurial team Milan Blagojevic and Liudmyla Zaletska pooled a combined 15 years of hospitality experience and launched their first cafe project. Called Naughty Coffee, it began as a vintage VW camper, which soon began appearing on the streets of Miami and at food truck events. After popping up in various places, the food truck finally found a permanent home after it was invited to the Aventura Mall Farmers Market. This, Blagojevic told What Now on Wednesday, was “one of our biggest breaks.”

“They loved what we were doing and offered us a full-time spot at the center of the mall,” Blagojevic said. “That opportunity turned out to be a major success—and our little truck is still there today, going strong.”

As the business continued to grow, the couple launched a second roaming food truck. It too soon found a permanent home, this time at the Dadeland Mall.

“It’s now been two years at that location, and the South Miami community has shown us incredible support.”

And Naughty Coffee isn’t losing its momentum. The brand is now preparing to launch its first full-scale brick-and-mortar cafe and roastery in Downtown Miami.

“This space is deeply rooted in our passion for coffee and hospitality,” Blagojevic said. “Every element, from the drink recipes to the roasting process to the interior details, has been thoughtfully crafted. We partnered with the brilliant design team AENY from Germany and Miami-based NAFA Contractors to bring this vision to life, and the result is something truly special.”

And what about the menu?

“Our coffee menu will feature the signature ‘Fancy Lattes’ that gained popularity at our mall locations, alongside a new range of carefully crafted drinks. We source our green coffee beans with great care, focusing on single origins and working closely with farmers and producers who prioritize both quality and sustainability. All coffees will be roasted in-house at our new roastery and served across our three locations.”
