Located at 4444 N Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Icon Marina Village is “Palm Beach’s only new residential high rise on the water.” The luxury residences feature a beautiful oceanside pool and other tempting amenities.

It appears, too, that they may be the home of an upcoming restaurant project from real estate and hospitality company NDT Development. NDT recently submitted plan review paperwork for a project called Cove Club at the same Flagler Drive address.

NDT Development is behind several restaurants in the area, including West Palm Beach’s 123 Datura, which NDT created in partnership with Stanton & Bowery Hospitality and which features a menu of casual Italian dishes like Bruschetta, Chicken Caprese Pizza, and Nonna’s meatballs, plus an array of cocktails like the Hold Me Closer, Tony Danza, with Ketel One Green-Apple-Infused Vodaka, lemon, cane sugar, and tincture of cinnamon.

Located by the water, not far east of Saint Mary’s Medical Center, Icon Marina Village is situated on North Flagler Drive between 45th Street and 42nd Street. Two blocks to the west is Broadway, on which you can turn south and find eateries like Jacinto’s Kitchen, Tacos Y Antojitos, and Broadway Pizza & Subs.

What Now reached out to several representatives of NDT Development on Wednesday, including Co-Founder & Managing Partner Damien Barr. The representatives were either not immediately available or declined to comment on Cove Club and its connection, if any, with Icon Marina Village.
