The Wind Condominium building (AKA Wind by Neo) appears to be adding a cafe. Plan review paperwork was submitted recently by Mestiza Cafe LLC for a restaurant project called Mestiza Cafe at the building’s address, 350 S Miami Ave.

Mestiza Cafe would constitute one more amenity among many luxurious features at Wind by Neo. Completed in 2008, the 41-story tower boasts a 900-foot pedestrian River Walk, a two-story clubhouse, spas, a sports lounge, a cigar parlor, and much more.

Behind Mestiza Cafe LLC is owner Michelle Hokama. What Now reached out to Hokama on Tuesday to inquire about plans for Mestiza Cafe opening in the Wind Condominium. Hokama was not immediately available for comment.

As a result, few details are available about the new cafe concept, its menu offerings, and its overall brand profile.

Wind by Neo has a great location on the north bank of the Miami River, on the other side of which is Miami’s Brickell neighborhood and Brickell City Centre, itself home to a vibrant community of restaurants.

What Now is awaiting further information about Mestiza Cafe.
