The North Miami restaurant community looks to be welcoming a new Caribbean restaurant into its food and drink community.

This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork showing Sera’s Caribbean Bar and Grill opening at 13970 W Dixie Highway.

The plans were submitted by owner Seramise Fertilien. What Now reached out to Fertilien on Friday to inquire about plans for the opening of Sera’s Caribbean Bar and Grill and about the details on the menu. Fertilien was not immediately available for comment.

That leaves us guessing for the moment about the specifics on the restaurant’s Caribbean cuisine.

The West Dixie Highway location is situated across from AutoZone Auto Parts, near restaurants like Sunnyside Cafe and Caribbean Zone. Haitian Pentacostal Church is also nearby.

Stay tuned for possible updates as more details become available.
