What Now last checked in with Carrot Express in the summer of 2024, when word got out that a new location was in the works in Oakland Park.
“Born in Miami in 1993, Carrot Express has been serving up healthy food since before it was cool,” the coverage said. The Oakland Park location has now opened, and, looking ahead, Carrot Express is still proving that offering healthy food in a fast-casual setting is as cool as it’s ever been.
As the brand plans its next expansion, it has its eyes set on Miami once again, where submitted plan review documents show an opening in the works 1057 Brickell Plaza, in Brickell.
In fact, the signing of the lease for the location was announced this past summer, by FA Commercial:

The menu at Carrot Express features everything from All Day Breakfast and Acai Bowls to Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps, and—naturally—its Signature Carrot Cake. It’s a constant favorite, and there’s more of it coming!
