The intersection between Lantana Road and North Eighth Street in Lantana appears to be the future home of a new Dunkin’ location. Plan review paperwork shows a Dunkin’ planned for 1003 Lantana Road.

Behind the location is Patel Management, a West Palm Beach-based Dunkin’ franchisee currently expanding in South Florida.

“We are a Florida based company that owns and operates Dunkin Donuts and Buffalo Wild Wings GO,” says the Patel Management website. “In addition to owning these exceptional brands we own and develop over 70,000 sq ft of commercial real estate. We have an aggressive growth plan over the next 5-7 years to double our current holdings in the QSR space and commercial real estate.”

More Dunkin’ means more of the brand’s donuts, its coffee, and its growing selection of breakfast sandwiches and more.

Opening at Eighth and Lantana, the new Dunkin’ would join nearby restaurants like Lantern Local Tavern, Meals by Chef B, and Kavasutra Kava Bar. What Now reached out to Patel Management CEO Amish Patel on Friday to inquire about plans for a new Dunkin’ in Lantana. Patel was not immediately available for comment.
