Stirling Center, the retail center on the corner of Stirling Road and Southwest 20th Way in Dania Beach, will soon be home to a new ice cream and sweets shop. Plan review paperwork submitted by Caramel Kosher LLC shows the dessert spot, called Caramel Candy, opening at 1975 Stirling Road, Suite E.
Most of the details on the Caramel Candy opening remain under wraps for now. What Now confirmed news of the restaurant’s launch with owner Mirela Riven on Wednesday.
“It’s going to be mostly ice cream,” Riven said of the menu, but declined to provide any more details immediately. What Now is awaiting more info on the menu and launch date.
Opening in Stirling Center, Caramel Candy joins a food and drink community that includes restaurants like Café Noir, Pita Plus, Mr. M’s Sandwich Shop, and Subway.
