The stretch of South Dixie Highway between Datura Street and Evernia Street in West Palm Beach appears to be the future home of a new restaurant concept from the owner and executive chef behind Avocado Grill. A plan review submitted recently by JG Steak, Ltd appears to show a restaurant called Pink Steak opening at 277 S Dixie Highway.

Behind JG Steak, Ltd is chef Julien Gremaud. Gremaud will be known already to West Palm Beach foodies for Avocado Grill, located not far from the location in question, at 125 Datura St. Avocado Grill offers a menu of small plates like Grilled Avocado, Broiled Oyster Scampi, and Polynesian Baby Back Ribs.

What Now reached out to Gremaud on Monday regarding Pink Steak. Gremaud said no information is being released on the project at this time.

The location on South Dixie Highway is situated not far from several other eateries, including Leila, FIWE Caribbean Restaurant & Wine Bar, and Ganache Bakery.
