Located where Northeast 163rd Street crosses over to Sunny Isles Beach, condominium complex 400 Sunny Isles appears to be the future home of a new restaurant concept. A recently submitted plan review shows Aquabites opening at the condominium complex.

What Now reached out to owner Fernando Amado on Tuesday to inquire about plans to open Aquabites. Amado confirmed the existence of the project but declined to comment on the brand at this time. Amado did not confirm the location given on the submitted paperwork.

As a result, details on Aquabites’s menu offerings are not yet available. What Now is awaiting more information.

Opening at 400 Sunny Isles, Aquabites would join a community of food and drink spots located near Gateway Park. These include Pipa Lounge Restaurant & Hookah, Chayhana Oasis, Bani Bistro, and Savory Cafe & Restaurant.
