Hollywood North Beach Park looks to be getting a new restaurant for its guests. Plan review paperwork has been submitted by HZIP LLC for Coastal Kitchen, opening at 3601 N Ocean Drive, the park’s address.
Coastal Kitchen appears to be opening in the space formerly occupied Zack’s Snacks, which has now closed.
A letter submitted to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners regarding the taking over of the snack bar Hollywood North Beach Park says, “HZIP LLC is a well-established Florida-based woman-owned company, founded in 2024 by Lina Bright, a dedicated entrepreneur committed to serving the needs of communities across the United States.”
What Now reached out to Lina Bright, who serves as HZIP’s CEO, on Thursday to inquire about plans for Coastal Kitchen at Hollywood North Beach Park. Bright was not immediately available for comment.
