The Village Tower Shoppes, a retail center on the northeast corner of Palm D’oro Road and SW 18th Street in Boca Raton, will soon be home to a new sushi spot. Called Sushi House, the new restaurant is opening at 6063 SW 18th Street, Unit 108, according to submitted plan review documents.
Few details are available yet about Sushi House, especially as its menu is still under development.
“We’re just at the beginning stage,” co-owner Mark Koyfman told What Now on Thursday. “I’m planning to open in three or four months.”
Launching in the Village Tower Shoppes, Sushi House will join frozen yogurt shop Yogurt Emporium and Peruvian restaurant Pukara Peruvian Cuisine.
