The retail and restaurant community at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Dixie Highway in Hollywood looks to be preparing to welcome a new wine bar into the mix. Recently submitted plan review paperwork shows a new concept called Vintage opening at 1955 Harrison St.

The paperwork was submitted by 1955 Harrison LLC. What Now reached out on Friday to Tal Cohen, a co-owner behind 1955 Harrison LLC. Cohen is connected to Winebow, “an importer and distributor that connects consumers, retailers, wholesalers, and creators of fine wine and spirits around the world through a shared passion for what we love.”

Cohen could not immediately be reached for comment. This leaves us guessing on the details of Vintage’s opening and food/beverage offerings.

Opening on Harrison Street near the Harrison Hotel Downtown Hollywood, Vintage would join a culinary community that includes concepts like Wave Restaurant, Bar and Lounge, Hoshi & Sushi Thai Cuisine, Patty Macs, and Heyday Miami Wine Bar/Coffee Shop.

Stay tuned for updates in the future as more information becomes available about Vintage.
