Coral Springs Talk reported at the end of January on several new restaurants that had recently signed leases to open in Coral Springs’ Cornerstone Plaza. These include French-inspired South Korean bakery chain Paris Baguette, the award-winning Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream (which is relocating to the plaza), and Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar.

Most of the details on Copenhagen Corner have yet to be revealed. The Coral Springs Talk says only that it is “expected to match the higher-end feel of the property.”

So, What Now did some digging.

An entity called Copenhagen Corner Inc. was incorporated last October; behind it are owners Per Jacobsen and Delbys Perez. Jacobsen is the owner of Vienna Cafe and Wine Bar, located at 9100 W State Road 84 in Davie.

A visit to Vienna Cafe’s Facebook page shows the name has been changed. It is now called Copenhagencorner [sic], and while no address has been listed yet, the location given is, indeed: Coral Springs, FL.

What Now reached out to Per Jacobsen on Tuesday to inquire about plans for Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar. Jacobsen was not immediately available for comment.
