Founded in 2017, Sugar Hi has built a following in its hometown of Armonk, New York.
“We do cakes, custom cakes, chocolates, candy, ice cream, froyo, kids’ birthday parties—all those things under one roof,” a representative told What Now on Friday. A little bit of everything sweet, in other words.
And now the brand is making its way south with a new location planned for Boca Raton.
“Sugar Hi is opening in Boca at the Regency Court at Woodfield in 2025!!” the brand announced in a post on Instagram. “We’re so excited for location #2.”
Accordingly, plan review paperwork submitted by Sugarize South LLC shows Sugar Hi Boca opening at 3011 Yamato Road, Suite A7
“Twin sisters Hillary Assael and Elissa Weinhoff started Sugar Hi in 2017, blending their passions for creativity, community, and of course, sweets! With 20+ years of cake decorating experience, Hillary crafts every recipe, while Elissa, an EMT, brings her love for people into the heart of our bakery,” says the Sugar Hi website. “Sugar Hi is all about bringing people together, whether in our hometown or through our online community. We’re also proud supporters of Stayin’ Alive Charity, Sunrise Day Camp, and Byram Hills Schools.”
The location is expected to open in September, the representative said.
