North Italia, a brand with two Miami-area locations already, filed a plan review with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation on April 26 for another South Florida unit.

According to the plan review, we can expect to see the new eatery at 19505 Biscayne Blvd, which is in the Aventura Mall. At this location, guests will be near numerous popular businesses: Rosetta Bakery, Les Moulins Lafeyette and Doña Chicha to name a few.

When the brand will open or what pre-opening phase they are in is unknown. There is no information about the new location on the website. What Now attempted to reach Director of Restaurant Operations Dan Schafrik, but we have yet to hear back.

The North Italia brand was acquired in 2019 by the Cheesecake Factory, and since then has been scaling nationwide, with locations opening in numerous states.
To keep up to date with the brand, follow their social media and website.
