Nominated by Yelp as the best in its class in Palm Beach County, South Florida’s locally born Mediterranean restaurant concept Olive U Mediterranean Grill has grown to include a total of five locations, including Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, and Delray Beach. This fall, it’s preparing to launch a sixth, this time in Boynton Beach, where a recent plan review shows a new Olive U opening at 7381 Boynton Beach Blvd #320.
What Now spoke on Wednedsay with Olive U President Abdul Aburmaieleh about the brand’s success. Aburmaieleh offered a simple explanation for Olive U’s growing popularity.
“Our menu is fresh and it’s healthy,” Aburmaieleh said. “That’s what we are as a brand.”
The new Olive U location is expected to open in late November, offering popular choices like falafel, chicken shawarma, and gyros (and don’t forget the brand’s standout hummus). The Boynton Beach location won’t be the brand’s last, either.
“We’re looking forward to expanding more in South Florida and adding more locations.”
