Founded in London and boasting locations in Egypt, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, world-famous Italian restaurant Signor Sassi is opening a location for the Miami market.
What Now found plan review paperwork submitted by Victorem Hospitality Group, LLC showing a new Signor Sassi location opening at 1006 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Unit 4-101. This sent us on the search for more details (we’re somebody who is always interested in international brands making first landfall on U.S. shores).
Here’s what’s known so far. First, the Signor Sassi Italian Ristorante website does officially announce a Miami location “coming soon.” It does not provide an address for the location or specify an opening timeline apart from “2025,” however.
Second, Signor Sassi’s spring/summer menu in London is currently available to check out online. It features dishes like Ravioli Tartufo e Pecorino (Handmade ravioli filled with pecorino cheese and white truffle, with a cream and Grana Padano sauce, topped with black truffle), Abbacchio Ligure (baked rack of lamb with red wine and mixed herbs), and Filetto alla Griglia (28 days hung fillet of beef cooked to your liking served with bearnaise sauce). And that’s just a handful of dishes choices practically at random.
What Now reached out on Friday to Daniel Rodriguez, owner of Victorem Hospitality Group, LLC, to inquire about plans for the Signor Sassi rollout. Rodriguez was not immediately available for comment, but What Now is awaiting a subsequent conversation for updates.
