Dolphin Mall, the huge shopping center located at 11401 NW 12th Street in Miami, is adding a new restaurant to its impressive retail and dining portfolio: Landshark Bar and Grill by Margaritaville. With locations at Miami Bayside and Hollywood Beach’s Margaritaville Beach Resort, the brand will soon be offering more of its “Island-Inspired Lunch & Dinner” as part of Dolphin Mall’s restaurant community.

The menu at Margaritaville Beach Resort features entrees like Fish Tacos (Blackened mahi, flour tortillas, pico de gallo, cilantro-lime cabbage, Sriracha mayo, tortilla chips & fire-roasted salsa) and Chicken A La Brasa (Half chicken, aji amarillo, french fries, mixed greens), along with burgers like the BBQ Burger and the Hawaiian Luau Burger. Meanwhile, at Miami Bayside, you’ll find entrees like Landshark Fish & Chips (made with LandShark batter) and Garlic Shrimp Pasta.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with Javier Gavilan, CEO of Vivaria Group, to ask about plans for the opening. “We’re probably opening in October,” Gavilan said.

Launching at Dolphin Mall, Landshark Bar & Grill will join restaurants like Cafè Bombón, Charcoal’s Latin Grill, El Gran Inka Peruvian Gastrobar, Factoría de Azúcar, and more.
