This month, shopping and dining destination Esplanade at Aventura announced the signing of 17 new tenants, including popular brands like Pura Vida Miami, Starbucks, and Anatomy Fitness.

“Esplanade at Aventura is redefining what it means to be a premier shopping, dining, and lifestyle destination, and these latest additions mark an exciting new chapter for us,” Eric Dinenberg, COO of Seritage Growth properties, said in a press release. “We are curating an experience that blends best-in-class global brands with innovative local concepts, creating an environment where visitors can discover something new with every visit.”

One particularly exciting brand soon to launch a new location at Esplanade at Aventura is Salt & Straw, an ice cream brand building a reputation all over the country with its delicious and imaginative flavor creations.

Those creations have included flavors like Gruyère and Tomato Custard Tart, Arbequina Olive Oil, Rhubarb Crumble with Toasted Anise, and The Salty Donut Guava and Cheese. (And you never know what you’ll find: new flavors are introduced month-to-month and a few of these will be gone soon!)

“At Salt & Straw, anything is possible,” says the brand’s website. “Crafted with unthinkable care, our team cooks, freezes, candies, smashes, drizzles, ribbons, spoons, and sprinkles, creating flavor profiles that awaken taste buds. Using ice cream as a blank slate for storytelling, we fearlessly explore ingredients, discover emerging artisans, and share inspiring, unifying experiences.”

Salt & Straw is working toward an opening in Fall 2025.
