River Landing Shops & Residences will soon be home to the fourth outpost of local pizza chain P. Pole Pizza.
Located near that little morass by the Miami River where Northwest 14th Ave. meets Northwest 12th St. meets Northwest N River Drive meets Northwest 11th St., the shopping and residential center is anchored by a Publix Super Market and houses popular retails spots like Old Navy, Burlington Coat Factory, and Hobby Lobby.
What Now confirmed the news of the opening on Tuesday, in a phone call with franchisee Giampero Iade. Iade has a long history working in pizza and sees the location as a great place to open a restaurant, with other eateries nearby including Chick-fil-A and a French bakery.
“Created by millennials and loved by a generation of food lovers,” reads the About section on the brand’s website, “P.Pole Pizza offers phenomenal choices of toppings and dough like no other restaurant. The quality is outstanding as the variety. There is even gluten free dough for those looking for a healthy alternative. Consistent 5 star reviews by guests are a grand representation of what P.Pole is offering. There is nothing like it. One bite and you taste the magic.”
The toppings available on P.Pole Pizzas are staggering in number. They include classic “Pre Topping” toppers like Pepperoni and Sweet Sausage; familiar Veggie-Pizza choices like mushrooms, onions; and cheeses like Parmesan, Goat Cheese, and Gorgonzola. “Post Toppings” include Arugula, Garlic Power, Balsamic Glaze, Red Pepper, and Sundried Tomatoes.
Guests also choose their dough and sauce, with Chia-infused and Cauliflower Gluten Free dough choices and sauces that include Alfredo, Pesto, BBQ Sauce, and—of course—Tomato Sauce.
