Located on the northeast corner of East Linton Boulevard and Old Dixie Highway in Delray Beach, the Plaza at Delray is the future home of Phat Boy Sushi’s next new location. The South Florida-born sushi and bar chain currently has five locations operating, and the new outpost in the Plaza at Delray will be its sixth.

“We’re very excited to come to Delray and expand that area,” John Maser—co-owner of Phat Boy, which is a family business—told What Now on Thursday.

The new location will serve up the same menu of sushi and sushi rolls, ramen dishes, rice and noodle dishes, and more, Maser said, along with a few new updates. The menu will be adding a selection of hibachi dishes prepared in the kitchen, plus new appetizers like the Tuna Moneybags (tuna tartare wrapped in salmon sashimi and seared with a house sauce and jalapeños), and new cocktails, including an espresso martini.

Opening in the plaza at Delray, Phat Boy will join a food and drink roster that includes LongHorn Steakhouse, Fratelli’s Italian, and Duffy’s Sports Grill.
