With locations in Orlando and Kissimmee Pie-Fection Pizzeria & Bistro is a practitioner of “The Art of Unforgettable Flavor.” Having built a following in its two current locations, Pie-Fection is now headed to South Florida, where it will launch its third pizza parlor in Boca Raton, at 7120 Beracasa Way, in the space formerly occupied by longtime Boca institution Nino’s Italian Restaurant, according to coverage by TAPinto Boca Raton.
The restaurant serves up a menu featuring a variety of Brazilian-influenced Italian dishes (or Italian-influenced Brazilian dishes).
“Adventurous diners can feast on pies like the Dubai, featuring a Gorgonzola sauce, mozzarella, picanha carpaccio, and gorgonzola cheese on an extra thin and crunchy crust with a soft touch of gold garnishing the top and the Diplomata, which has mozzarella, corn, chicken, ham, heart of palms, oregano and Catupiry, a soft, mild-tasting South American cheese product,” the TAPinto Boca Raton coverage says.
The location in question is part of Del Mar Village, the retail center situated on Beracasa Way, near the intersection of West Palmetto Park Road and Powerline Road.
“Our story began with passion and determination — values that shaped the journey of José Emanuel, affectionately known as Maninho, and his family after arriving in Orlando in 2011,” says the Pie-Fection website. “More than a restaurant, we offer a curated experience that blends refined techniques with authentic flavor. Our commitment to excellence has positioned Pie Fection as a culinary destination that exceeds expectations, delights every palate, and creates unforgettable memories through exceptional gastronomy.”
What Now reached out to José Emanuel on Wednesday. Emanuel was not immediately available to comment on the news.
