A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors in Cooper City, just down the street from the Cooper City Community Center. Called Pie Guys, it’s launching at 5109 SW 90th Avenue, according to submitted plan review documents.
Details on the restaurant are scarce for the moment. What Now reached out to owner Gregory Harriman on Wednesday to ask about plans for Pie Guys to ask about plans for the opening.
“We’re still under construction, so we don’t have anything solid just yet,” Harriman said regarding the opening timeline, adding that it’s still too early to share details on the menu Pie Guys will be serving.
As a result, we’re still left guessing what’s going to be on offer at Pie Guys. It sounds like a pizza place to us, but pizzas are not, after all, the only pies on earth. There are many of those, and none of them are ever bad news.
