Offering “The Best Boba Drink in Town” at “birthdays, weddings, school events, private events, and company events,” Primoo Boba Drink has been building its business with boba milk and fruit teas. Now, the brand is preparing to make a big move: one that appears to involve brick and mortar.

“Something big is coming,” the brand posted on its Facebook page last month. “Stay tuned.”

Meanwhile, paperwork has been submitted by Marseri LLC for a Primoo Boba Drink restaurant project, which would open at 1310 N Federal Highway, in Pompano Beach‘s Belcrest Plaza.

Opening there, a brick-and-mortar Primoo Boba Drink would join a food and drink community that includes Mexican restaurant Dos Amigos and, nearby, Italian restaurant Zuccarelli.

Primoo’s beverages has come in Milk Tea varieties like Brown Sugar, Strawberry, Taro, and Matcha; plus Fruit Tea varieties like Passion Fruit, Lychee, and Watermelon. They’re served with toppings like the classic tapioca boba pearls, along with Strawberry Popping Boba, Mango Popping Boba, and more.

What Now reached out on Tuesday to co-owner Ian Zubiri. Zubiri was not immediately available for comment.
