RosaNegra is Now Open at Dua Miami in Brickell

Global Hospitality Group Makes Its U.S Debut in the Heart of Brickell introducing Their Blend of High-Energy Ambiance and Elevated Latin American Cuisine

Grupo RosaNegra, Mexico’s hospitality group known for their signature fusion of high-energy ambiance and elevated Latin American cuisine, just opened RosaNegra in Miami on December 4, 2024. Located within the new Dua Miami, Autograph Collection Hotel (formerly SLS Brickell), this opening marks the group’s expansion into the U.S., joining the brand’s roster of flagship locations in Mexico, including Polanco, Tulum, Cancun, and Los Cabos.

“Miami was the natural choice for our first U.S. outpost,” said Eduardo Beaven, CEO and Founder of Grupo RosaNegra in a statement. “The city’s rich culture and culinary diversity perfectly align with our vision to deliver bold Latin flavors, elevated dining, and unforgettable, high-energy experiences. We are thrilled to be able to bring the essence of RosaNegra to such a dynamic and globally connected community.”

Helmed by Executive Chef Omar Martinez, RosaNegra Miami offers an elevated Latin American menu with influences from the rich gastronomic traditions of Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. In addition to beloved RosaNegra classics, the Miami location offers a unique culinary program that reflects the city’s energy and vibrant food scene. The menu leads with enticing appetizers such as Burrata & Mole, Tuna Tostadas, and a range of raw bar items Shrimp Carpaccio, Salmon Tiradito and Green Ceviche with aguachile. Standout signature dishes include Super Colossal Octopus and Orzo Pasta with Ribs (veal cheek orzo with tomato compote, truffle and blue cheese). The menu also features a premium beef selection, including Kobe beef, Japanese wagyu, and an array of USDA prime-quality Argentinian cuts.

“We’ve designed a menu that celebrates the rich traditions of Latin American cuisine, while capturing the unique vibrancy and flair of Miami,” said Executive Chef Omar Martinez. “From the freshest seafood to the finest beef cuts, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to take guests on a culinary journey through the flavors of Latin America, offering a dining experience that’s both rooted and boldly innovative.”

RosaNegra’s beverage program pays homage to Latin America’s diverse spirit culture. Signature cocktails include the Paradise in the Jungle (Brazilian cachaça, coconut liqueur, lemon juice, and avocado); La Lola (Charanda-aged rum from Michoacán, passion fruit, lemon juice, and a clarified strawberry foam); and Luna (Bacanora, an agave-based spirit from Sonora, orange liqueur, roasted pineapple, turmeric, green tomato, and basil). Complementing the cocktails, the menu also features an extensive selection of Mexican wines, premium tequilas, and mezcals. Guests can look forward to the high-energy ambiance that the RosaNegra brand is known for, complete with live instrument performances and a resident DJ, creating a seamless transition from a refined dining experience to a late-night atmosphere.

Designed by Clavel Arquitectos and Grupo RosaNegra’s CEO and Founder, Eduardo Beaven, RosaNegra Miami combines modern sophistication with natural elegance and contemporary design. Spanning 13,600 square feet, including 4,600 square feet of outdoor dining space, the space is owned by Robert Rivani, President of Black Lion. The interior radiates warmth and refinement, with earthy tones, a striking wooden ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The bar area is accentuated by neutral lighting and framed by captivating artwork that distinguishes all of RosaNegra’s locations. An expansive outdoor patio, adorned with woven basket chandeliers, lush greenery, and plush seating, offers an idyllic setting for al fresco dining. Beyond the main dining area, guests will also discover an exclusive speakeasy, offering a secluded, intimate retreat for savoring expertly crafted cocktails.

RosaNegra is open daily for dinner service starting at 5 pm, with brunch and lunch to launch in the coming weeks. Nightly programming will roll out in the coming months.
