A new restaurant is about to bring Asian-Latin fusion to Miami. Saucy Boodah, the brand-new concept, is “coming soon” to the bustling Wynwood area, according to a recent Instagram post.

“Almost there!” the post says. “Thanks to everyone that helped with the process, much love.”

A recent Craigslist job posting appears to reveal Saucy Boodah’s address, too: 337 NW 25th Street.

Launching there, Saucy Boodah would join several blocks of great restaurants like Pastis Miami, Doya, La Birria Bar, and Zak the Baker.

What Now reached out last week to owner Ed Valentin to inquire about plans for the opening. Valentin was not immediately available to discuss the details.

This leaves us in anticipation, for the moment, still wondering which flavors from Latin America and Asia we will soon find married in Miami’s Wynwood district.

Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
