Located on North Federal Highway by James A. Rutherford Park, the Fifth Avenue Shops appear to be the next stop for rapidly growing South Florida kabob brand Shahs of Kabob.

As the brand’s streamlined menu of dishes from Persian cuisine have exploded in popularity, so has the Shahs of Kabob footprint, with new outlets having already launched in Kendall, Fort Lauderdale, Wynwood, and Coral Gables. Now, recently submitted plan review paperwork shows a Shahs of Kabob planned for 2344 N Federal Highway.

The Shahs of Kabob menu features large plates like Koobideh (2 skewers of mixed beef + lamb), Joojeh (1 skewer of marinated chicken), and Barg (1 skewer of filet mignon). There are also selections of wraps featuring Koobideh, Joojeh, and Falafel, along with stews like Ghormeh Sabzi (Slowly cooked meat in rich and fresh herb gravy along with kidney beans).

Anchored by a Publix Super Market, Fifth Avenue Shops is already home to restaurants like Eat District Healthy Asian Bowl, Arun’s Indian Kitchen, Living Green Cafe, and Brooklyn Water Bagel.
