Shoma Bazaar, Doral’s cultural hub, welcomed Food Joint PIZZA and MR. PORK BELLY as its two newest vendors. Food Joint PIZZA is an Italian dining concept led by Emil Fedorenko, offering a homage to authentic Italian pizza. MR. PORK BELLY is the Latin culinary concept created by Peter Regalado and Stephanie De Quesada. MR. PORK BELLY officially opened its doors at Shoma Bazaar on January 9 and Food Joint PIZZA opened on January 10.
Known for its commitment to quality and community, Food Joint PIZZA has built a strong reputation for delivering vibrant flavors and an authentic Italian experience. What began as a food trailer operation has grown into a brand, serving loyal customers from Boca to Homestead. Opening a location at Shoma Bazaar is part of the brand’s mission to become a recognized name in the Doral area, serving its growing customer base. This marks an exciting milestone for the brand as it transitions from its roots in mobile food service to establishing a flagship presence in a food-focused community.
Featuring signature dishes like Pork Belly, Maple Candy Bacon, and Chicharron in a Cone, MR. PORK BELLY offers an enticing menu with exciting Latin flavors that pop with a creative spin on comfort food classics. Guests can also enjoy premium grilled steak selections accompanied by one-of-a-kind sides such as Truffle Golden Fries, Mac n’ Cheese, and Smashed Potatoes, ensuring a diverse and satisfying dining experience. MR. PORK BELLY brings a fresh perspective to comfort food, blending traditional ingredients with inventive recipes. To celebrate their arrival, MR. PORK BELLY will be offering a 25% discount from 6 PM to 10 PM on Wednesday, January 29.

Shoma Bazaar is located at 9420 NW 41st St, Doral, FL 33178. Hours of operations are Sunday-Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.; and Friday & Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 1 a.m.
