Prosperity Centre, the retail center on the southeast corner of PGA Boulevard and Prosperity Farms Road in Palm Beach Gardens, appears to be the future home of a new Sicilian Oven. Paperwork submitted by PGA Eatery LLC shows a Sicilian Oven location opening at 2460 PGA Boulevard.

The pizza chain is famous for its insanely hot wood-fired oven, cooking up pizzas at temperatures around 700 degrees, in less than five minutes.

“Sicilian Oven offers a new way of dining,” says the brand’s website. “Our philosophy is based on the best ingredients and flavor combinations. We carefully designed the menu so people can comfortably experience many flavor filled items in a single sitting.”

Pizzas come in varieties like The Boss (fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, tomato sauce), The Marie (thin-sliced eggplant, pomodoro sauce, grated Romano cheese), the Lieutenant (roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms), the Hit Man (sausage, garlic, red peppers, hot peppers), and more.

The Prosperity Centre location would be the brand’s tenth pizza shop, joining a food and drink community that includes restaurants like Carmine’s La Trattoria, FireFin Grill, and The River House.
