The nationally-expanding wine bar chain Sixty Vines will be opening a location at the upcoming Miami Worldcenter in 2024, according to a recent report in South Florida Business Journal.
Sixty Vines Miami Worldcenter restaurant “will fill 8,672 square feet at 150 N.E. Eighth St., Suite F-135, and will also have outdoor patio seating,” the South Florida Business Journal’s report states.
In a recent interview with What Now, Brand Manager Maddie Koelzer laid out the brand’s identity and selection.
“We are a wine country-inspired restaurant and are best known for our ‘wine on tap’ concept,” Koelzer says. “Our menu is wine country-inspired food, based on wine regions from around the world, not just Italy and California. We have salads, pizzas, charcuterie boards, you name it.”
“Our wine-on-tap system is really unique because you get it straight from the keg—never exposed to light or oxygen, keeping the wine super fresh from the first pour, while also being the most sustainable way to store and serve the wine. We’re saving thousands of bottles of waste.”
When asked about the ambience and aesthetics, Koelzer describes a serene vibe.
“It’s a very comfortable atmosphere—wide plants, high ceilings, long community tables which emulate the wine country dining experience.”
No specific opening date has been set.
