Located south of the South Dixie HighwayCaribbean Boulevard in Cutler Bay, Southland Mall is home to almost 100 stores, along with dining and entertainment options, making it “the ultimate live, work, play community.”

The mall will soon be home to Sky Filled Cookies, “Miami’s #1 Deep Fried Oreos Shop.” Sky Filled has built a following as a mobile brand offering deep fried cookies, shakes, and ice cream. It’s currently serving at the Miami Roller Hockey Rink at 9300 SW 152nd Street in Miami, according to its website.

“Our mission is to delight cookie lovers with our flavors, exceptional customer service, and a memorable brand experience at our cookie shop,” says the brand’s website. “With a commitment to quality, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to become one of your favorite dessert choice[s] to order cookies.”

Sky Filled’s deep-fried cookies come in varieties like Cookies & Cream, Fruity Pebbles, Dulce De Leche, and, of course, the Original, tossed in powdered sugar. There are also plenty of ice cream and milkshake choices.

What Now reached out to co-owner Bernie Mena Jr. to inquire about plans for a Sky Filled Cookies location at Southland Mall. Mena was not immediately available for comment.
