Founded in 1987 in Miami, Sports Grill has made its mark in Miami Dade County and moved into Broward County as well. It currently has seven locations in operation and is working on an eighth, this time in Doral.
The brand’s menu offers a wide-ranging selection of choices for bar food and beyond. Appetizers like Loaded Tots, Buffalo Shrimp, and Mac Bites open the selection, leading into wraps and salads like the Shrimp Wrap and the Southwest Chicken Salad. The restaurant’s Specialties include Ribs (Baby backs cooked slowly with a good helping of our own special rub. Choose from BBQ, buffalo, or our famous Special Grilled) and a Pulled Pork Sandwich.
On top of all this, the menu features a selection of burgers and sliders in varieties like the Black & Blue Burger (Our premium ½ lb. burger patty. Blackened and topped with sliced blue cheese, our very own Special Grilled bacon, red onion and mayo) and Buffalo Chicken Sliders. And don’t forget the wings: they come in flavors like Special Grilled, BBQ, Glazed Teriyaki, and Dale Style, named in honor of one of the restaurant’s longtime regulars.
The Doral location, situated on the southeast corner of the intersection between Northwest 87th Avenue and Northwest 53rd Street, will be part of a large community of food and drink spots in the area, including Dragonfly Izakaya & Fish Market, Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar, Spiked Rich Nitrogen Ice Cream, and Bulla Gastrobar.
