Sriracha House has been serving its selection of fresh fast-casual Pan-Asian cuisine at 1502 Washington Avenue in South Beach for about a decade, and it has now begun to expand. After launching a food hall location in Doral about three months ago, Sriracha House is planning to open another new restaurant at 5966 South Dixie Highway in South Miami before the end of the year.

“Everything is fresh and made from scratch. We really concentrate on that,” owner Emilio Benzadon told What Now on Thursday. “There’s not a lot of options like that in Asian fast-casual. Everything is cooked right there in the wok in front of guests.”

Opening in a 2200-square-foot space—slightly larger than the South Beach location—Sriracha House South Miami will offer the same proven menu, along with new brunch offerings like Japanese Milk Bread French Toast, Mini Mochi Waffles, a Banh Mi Breakfast Sandwich, Kimchi Eggs Benedict, and more.

“We realize that brunch is a very popular meal, especially in the South Miami area, and we wanted to be able to offer something a bit different in terms of our themed concept,” Benzadon said.

Expect the same quality stir-fry dishes, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options for diners with dietary restrictions.

And since there’s not a lot of late-night options in the area, adds Benzadon, the location will be staying open until 3:05 a.m. (a nod to the 305 area code).
