Led by owner Carolle Narcisse, Stormy’s Caribbean Vibes is coming to the area soon. What Now connected with Narcisse on Thursday following a plan review filing initiated with the DBPR on May 25.

Expect to find the forthcoming restaurant at 2221 N Federal Hwy, where it will neighbor Walsh’s Pub, Artie’s Sportsmen’s Lounge and Charley’s Cheesesteaks & Wings. As of now, Narcisse is readying the space for her concept, and she doesn’t have an opening date to share.

Narcisse, who is Caribbean, comes from a family of Jamaicans, Haitians and Bahamians. With a mastery of the cuisine and experience catering with it, Narcisse expects that her concept will be popular in the area, especially with young people.

“I want to have a place that can have young kids come hang out instead of on the street,” Narcisse commented. “I place for them to come and eat well, hear music and dance.”
