With locations in states and urban centers like New York, New Jersey, and Chicago, NYC-based omakase brand Sushi By Bou also has several restaurants operating here in South Florida, in Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. According to the Miami New Times, two more locations will soon be added to Sushi By Bou’s South Florida footprint, at four-star hotel Arlo Wynwood and at Miami Beach’s Goodtime Hotel.
“Our classic Sushi By Bou experience includes a timed chef’s choice 12-piece omakase,” says the Sushi By Bou website’s about page. “For extra time at the chef’s counter, and additional pieces, upgrade to our Bougie option. Come early, and stay late, to enjoy our craft cocktails, imported sake selection, and high-energy vibes.”
Opening at Arlo Wynwood, the brand’s first Miami location will join a culinary roster that includes MaryGold’s, helmed by local shelf Brad Kilgore, and ART Wynwood, the hotel’s rooftop, which offers drinks, light bites, and a view of the Miami skyline.
At the Goodtime Hotel, meanwhile, the brand will join the hotel’s cafe and its Strawberry Moon Restaurant, which features “Mediterranean flavors with global appeal.”
