Founded in Houston, Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe made its South Florida debut at the end of last year with a location in Downtown Doral. The brand has since gotten straight to work expanding its footprint in the area. A second location, headed up by franchisees Antonio Arizpe and Ivette Escobar, launched in Coral Gables in July.

More growth lies ahead. According to coverage by the South Florida Business Journal, the next new Sweet Paris outpost will launch in Downtown Miami in 2024. After that, additional locations are in the works for Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.

The upcoming locations include both corporate and franchised stores, a contact at Sweet Paris told What Now on Thursday.

The South Florida menu will be immediately recognizable to anyone familiar with Sweet Paris’s Texas locations: sweet and savory crepes, waffles, soups, salads, paninis, hot drinks, milkshakes, and more. But you’ll need to try the newly-named “Floridian,” a crepe with scrambled eggs, mozzarella, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and fresh jalapenos.
