Ten Five Hospitality, the hospitality group behind famous Los Angeles food and beverage concepts like Mother Wolf, as well as the Mondrian South Beach hotel and its Baia Beach Club, appears to have a new restaurant under development in the Miami Design District. What Now has found plan review paperwork submitted recently by 3841 Restaurant LLC for a restaurant project at 3841 NE Second Ave, on the southwest corner of the intersection with Northeast 39th Street.

Behind 3841 Restaurant LLC, is Dan Daley, Managing Partner at Ten Five Hospitality and an alum of hospitality companies like Tao Group, Dream Hotel, and Gerber Group.

What Now reached out to Daley on Monday to inquire about the project that appears to be underway in the Design District. Daley was not available for comment.

The Northeast Second Avenue location is next door to David Rosen Galleries, which sits on the opposite corner to steakhouse COTE Miami. Opening there, the new restaurant would join a food and beverage community that includes concepts like Dal Plin, Jaffa Miami, Tran An, DIOR Café Miami, and more.
