Only a short walk from Pompano Beach, a new food hall is preparing to launch next year. The Bite Eatery, which will feature several different culinary concepts plus The Bite Bar, will open at 2715 E Atlantic Blvd.
“We’re a food hall with nine different culinary concepts,” Bite Eatery co-owner Jessica Gollel told What Now on Wednesday. “A lot of them are independently operated by people who either are chefs or wanted to open their first business. Some are food truck owners who wanted to open a brick and mortar, and some are second locations.”
The Bite Eatery promises considerable variety, with concepts like Taco Vibez, Moop Gelato, burger brand Beef Boys, Peruvian restaurant Ceviche Time, and more. Stay tuned for more from What Now on these individual concepts in the weeks to come.
On top of all these is the food hall’s bar, The Bite Bar, which will offer the full range of grownup beverages, plus bottomless brunch on the weekends.
“We’ll also be hosting special events like trivia nights and bingo nights, plus live music,” Gollel said.
The Bite Eatery is a family-owned business that dates back to 1970, when Richard Gollel got his start as a developer in Rochester, New York. “Now,” reads The Bite Eatery’s About page, “he is carrying on his legacy in South Florida through working with his daughter and sons, Jessica, Richard, and Michael, and trusted associates to develop multiple commercial properties in South Florida… Gollel Family Properties’ goal is to create a food hall concept unlike anything South Florida offers.”
