The Knife Restaurant, South Florida’s “Best Argentinian Grill” is planning to expand to a third location. The Argentian steakhouse, which has locations in Miami and Doral, is headed to Coral Springs next, with a third location planned for 9231 West Atlantic Blvd., according to a recently submitted plan review.

What Now confirmed news of the opening on Tuesday with General Manager and Co-Owner Alvaro Ruiz. Ruiz said The Knife’s third location is expected to open in May and will feature the same menu system found at the two current locations.

The Knife Offers an all-inclusive menu (separate for lunch and dinner/weekends), featuring appetizers like Chorizo hecho en casa (Home-made sausage) and Provoleta (grilled provolone). The menu is organized by protein, with beef choices including Tira de asado (short ribs) and Churrasco de cuadril (Rump sirloin), chicken choices like Pechuga Rellena (Stuffed chicken) breast, and much, much more.

The Atlantic Boulevard location is part of Coral Square Mall, which is home to restaurants like Sarku Japan and Mango Twist.
