With locations in cities like San Diego and Las Vegas, plus one already operating here in Miami, Showa Hospitality’s Mexican restaurant concept The Taco Stand has a growing U.S. presence. A recently submitted plan review indicates the taco chain is now at work on another Miami location, this time at 2063 SW Eighth St.

The Taco Stand’s Miami location offers a menu that features tacos, burritos, and quesadillas served with proteins like Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Pollo Asado, Camaron, and Grilled Pescado. The menu also features extras like Carne Asada Fries and Mar y Tierra Fires, with grilled shrimp, flame-grilled Angus steak, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.

The Taco Stand Miami menu also includes breakfast choices like Pollo Ranchero (Chicken, rice, refried beans, white onions, cilantro, avocado, salsa ranchera), Chorizo con Huevo, and Huevos a la Mexicana.

What Now reached out on Wednesday to Showa Hospitality V.P. of Operations Michael Roels to inquire about news of a new Miami location. Roels was not immediately available for comment.
