Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood will soon be getting a new vegan market and sandwich shop. Called Vgan Corner (sometimes stylized as V.gan Corner), it will open at 51 NW 28th St, in the i5 Wynwood apartment complex.
“We’re excited to offer a unique experience with grilled sandwiches and a wide selection of vegan products,” owner Jacobo Garcia said in a post in the South Florida Vegans Facebook group.
Further details on the menu (we want to know about those sandwiches!!) are not available just yet. What Now reached out to Garcia on Tuesday to inquire about plans for the opening. Garcia was not immediately available to discuss Vgan Corner.
“Good food, good vibes, no labels need,” promises a post on the brand’s Instagram page. “Vgan Corner is about to hit different—Wynwood, we’re almost here.”
Opening in the i5 Wynwood complex, the Vgan Corner will carve out a niche for itself in a culinary community that includes nearby restaurants like Lulu’s Kitchen, Love ‘N Gyros, Grails Miami Restaurant & Sports Bar, and more.
