Boasting more than 1400 total locations, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a smoothie behemoth with locations constantly in opening in the South Florida market. The brand is now preparing to launch its fourth location within Miami city limits, at 8565 Coral Way #101.
Anticipation has already been building for the long-awaited location, whose entry on Google Maps already has reviews (with various apparently arbitrary star ratings) asking after the opening.
“When will we see this location open???” asks one. “PLEASE OPEN SOON,” says another.
The Tropical Smoothie Cafe menu features a long list of healthy smoothies, and some more indulgent ones (e.g. Peanut Butter Cup). Guests can load up on nutrients with Super Veggie smoothies like the Detox Island Green (spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger) and others, or go somewhere in between with Fruit Blends like the Blimey Limey, with strawberries, pineapple, orange juice, and lime.
The menu also features flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches, and salads, which come with sides like chips, fruit, and more.
What Now reached out to franchisee Brien Shellen last week to inquire about the opening. Shellen was not immediately available for comment, but What Now is awaiting more information.
