Cooper City’s Vegan Tierra has built a following with plant-based choices ranging from tacos to burgers to salads, and more. Now, it’s preparing to expand to its second location, this time in North Miami, at 850 NE 125th St, Unit D.

“Everything is plant-based; everything is natural,” owner Samuel Cobas told What Now on Monday. “I would we say we’ll be opening about in about two months.”

The menu at Vegan Tierra features a wide variety of choices. The entrees alone range from Asian Soba Noodles (Buckwheat noodles, mix vegetables, beans sprouts, scallions, sweet and spicy sauce) to Primavera Al Pesto (Spaghetti pasta, assorted vegetable Medley, pesto sauce and our signature garlic crouton), to Impossible Tacos, to the Tierra Burger.
