Dania Pointe Welcomes H&M And Sirocco Mediterranean, Expanding Retail And Dining Offering

South Florida lifestyle center continues to attract top brands, with more ahead in 2025

Dania Pointe, a 102-acre premier South Florida lifestyle center owned by Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM), announced the grand openings of two tenants: H&M and Sirocco Mediterranean.

H&M officially opened its doors on Nov. 27, bringing its fashion-forward collections and affordable trends to the local community. This opening marks an important milestone in Dania Pointe’s continued growth and its ability to attract international brands that align with the center’s vibrant, dynamic atmosphere. H&M spans nearly 18,000 square feet.

Meanwhile, Sirocco Mediterranean, a family-owned restaurant offering fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, opened on Dec. 26. Known for its authentic flavors and commitment to quality ingredients, Sirocco brings a new dining experience to the area, adding to Dania Pointe’s diverse mix of culinary offerings. Sirocco occupies over 5,500 square feet.

Katie Wycoff, Director of Real Estate at Kimco Realty, is playing an instrumental role in the leasing and marketing efforts for Dania Pointe and Kimco’s other Florida lifestyle centers by leveraging her expertise to bring top-tier brands and experiences to the company’s properties. “Our goal is to create spaces that resonate with both the community and the brands we work with,” said Wycoff. “We’re proud to attract tenants like H&M and Sirocco Mediterranean, and we are excited about what the future holds as we continue to expand and enhance the shopping and dining experience for all our visitors.”

H&M and Sirocco join Dania Pointe’s diverse tenant lineup, which includes numerous dining experiences like Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, and more—along with an abundance of sought-after brand names like Anthropologie, Sephora, American Eagle, J.Crew and Nike. Entertainment options including Regal movie theater, which offers 4DX, RPX, ScreenX & VIP experiences, Bowlero and Dania Improv.

Recently opened concepts include Lovesac, Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar, and Pura Vida, with Face Foundrie, The Purple Oak, Puttshack, MisterO1, and more set to open soon.

Dania Pointe is located at 139 S. Compass Way in Dania Beach.
